Complete Dentures: Complete dentures can be ideal for those missing teeth in one or both arches. There are two main types of complete dentures: immediate and conventional.

• Immediate Dentures: These healing dentures are provided the same day we extract any remaining failing teeth, so you don't have to go without teeth a single day. However, your gums and bone will change in shape as the area heals, so your dentures may require frequent adjustments and relining to accommodate these changes.
• Conventional Dentures: Conventional dentures are created from digital impressions of your mouth after the area has healed. They take into account every subtle detail of your gums and bite, ensuring a precise fit and improved function. Our conventional restorations are also ideal for patients wanting to replace damaged or ill-fitting dentures.
• Implant-Supported Dentures: Also known as overdentures, implant-supported dentures are removable restorations that snap onto several implants placed strategically in your jawbone. Implants act like your natural tooth roots, providing a secure foundation for replacement teeth made to match your smile. Our implant-supported restorations offer an ideal solution for those wanting a more stable and secure alternative to traditional dentures.

Partial Dentures: We are pleased to offer partial denture options to fill gaps in your smile when some natural, healthy teeth remain. At Ivey Dental, we offer two main types of partial dentures: traditional and flexible.

• Traditional Partials: These stable and secure restorations consist of natural-looking teeth attached to gum-colored resin bases. They are connected to metal frameworks and attach to natural teeth using clasps or precision attachments. One of the greatest advantages of traditional partials is that they can be repaired and can accommodate additional replacement teeth, if needed, to fill gaps in your smile resulting from future tooth loss.
• Flexible Partials: Flexible partials are made from a lightweight, flexible material that attaches to your gums and readily adapts to the contours of your mouth. They provide a more comfortable fit and better aesthetics. Flexible partials are easy to place and remove, making them an excellent option for patients with dexterity concerns.
